Cierra Thomas
Cierra E. Thomas graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in May of 2022. While in law school, Ms. Thomas was an associate editor and the philanthropy chair for the Syracuse Law Review. Ms. Thomas is a zealous and effective oral advocate. While in law school, she was selected as the Best Overall Advocate in the Mackenzie Hughes Moot Court Competition and, along with her teammates, won the entire competition. Ms. Thomas also participated in the 2020 Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition, the 2021 Ulvaldo Herrera Moot Court Competition, and the 2021 and 2022 ABA Moot Court Competitions. Ms. Thomas excelled in her classroom work, receiving CALI awards in both professional responsibility and class actions. A strong writer, Ms. Thomas assisted one of her professors draft a textbook on legal writing.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Thomas graduated cum laude from Hanover College where she received her Bachelor of Arts in biology, and minored in international political science and philosophy.
Ms. Thomas passed the July 2022 New York Bar exam and is awaiting admission.
