Sagar Shah has over 15 years of litigation experience, and it includes representing clients in all types of employment discrimination matters as well as in sexual harassment and sexual abuse cases. Prior to joining Mizrahi Kroub, Sagar represented plaintiffs at one the nation’s preeminent employment litigation firms. Sagar handles all stages of employment litigation from inception through trials and appeals. He advises clients in gender, race, national origin, age, disability and religious discrimination cases. He has also represented clients in whistleblower and wage and hour class action matters.
Sagar’s practice is focused on cases involving claims brought under Title VII, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), along with state and local laws.
