Louis M. Leon

Attorney

Louis M. Leon is an experienced employment litigator with over ten years of experience representing clients against their employers in discrimination cases and wage hour cases in federal and state court, arbitration, and at government agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York Human Rights Division, and New York City Commission on Human Rights. Notably, Louis has successfully handled countless egregious cases involving sexual assault and harassment, race discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation.

Through his zealous advocacy, shrewd negotiation skills, and vast knowledge of the law, Louis regularly obtains superb results for clients.  Prior to working at Mizrahi Kroub LLP, Louis worked for prominent New York based law firms where he was deeply submerged in the practice of employment law and sharpened his skills.  Furthermore, throughout college and law school, Louis worked with labor unions and was actively involved in the representation of union workers, including the grievance/arbitration process, NLRB filings, and partaking in contentious picket lines and strikes.  His passion and dedication to the labor movement are second to none.
