Ian N. Piasecki

Before joining Mizrahi Kroub, Ian Piasecki was an experienced litigator obtaining favorable outcomes for numerous clients through a broad array of practice areas, including complex commercial disputes, real estate litigation, and personal injury-related claims. Ian brings unique practice experience in that he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants through all stages of litigation, including appellate advocacy. Ian also obtained extensive transactional experience during his career in advising and assisting clients on matters related to negotiation and preparation of business operating agreements, office, retail and industrial leases and other commercial agreements. Before joining the firm, Ian also served as general counsel for a New York-based architectural firm.

Presently, Ian takes a leading role at Mizrahi Kroub, in advocating for the rights of plaintiffs in hundreds of class action lawsuits and individual litigations seeking compensation from publicly traded and private corporations violating the ADA. These litigations focus on vindicating the rights of the visually impaired who regularly encounter various barriers on company websites and other places of public accommodation.
